The Department of Public Education conducts the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to identify minimum qualifications for teacher recruitment. Online applications have already been invited for this year’s Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test and September 30 is the last date to apply. The exams will be held from November 06.
Questions related to Language-1 for teachers taking class 1 to 5 will be based on skill of medium of instruction. Questions regarding Language-2 will be based on the fundamentals, communication and content comprehension ability of that language. The Child Development and Curriculum program focuses on the psychology and teaching and learning of children ages 6 to 11.
